One was aquire an OT-Windchaser M06 Quartz rifle that added 10 to treatment. Another was to put in a bunch of scrap implants for Sense and Agility. Then I burned like 35,000 IP into Sense and Agility. Finally I was able to equip the head first and then the hand, with a resulting Treatment of 914. Could go up to QL192 feet/leg, but I was assuming a lower essence. The nanoprogramming required to do shining feet/leg is also really high; The QL182 feet needed 910.
