Nobska Light

The lighthouse at Nobska Pond, near Woods Hole on western Cape Cod. The weather was very iffy; it had been raining on me just minutes before I arrived, brightened a bit but stayed quite hazy from the humidity. Then the dark clouds moved in for a bit, eventually parting for some final sunlight before I left.

Shot with a Canon Digital Rebel XT, hand held and on full-auto, switching between the 18-55mm kit lens and a 75-300 EF IS USM telephoto lens, with and without a polarizer.
